The registration of grant applications submitted within the third call for the "small" proposals

As of today all Applicants have been sent an e-mail with a confirmation of registration of their applications submitted under the third call for "small" projects under the Fund for Non-Governmental Organisations of the Block Grant. We were unable to send information about the registration to all applicants. We would like to remind you that grant applications are being accepted until all applications sent on November 28th are delivered. At the same time, the Intermediary reserves the right not to accept an application and reject it for formal reasons if it is delivered later than 20 working days after the call closing date.
All applications submitted are being formally assessed. If the Intermediary states errors or absences that are possible to be corrected, the Applicant will receive information by e-mail and fax.

The end of the call for proposals is approaching

Due to the approaching closure of the third call for proposals for the "small" projects, applicants are reminded that the grant application should have the following documents attached:

1. The original or a copy (confirmed to be true by the Applicant or person/s authorised by him) of the statute, contract or other equal document defining the aims and subject of the Applicant’s activity,

2. Original or a copy (confirmed to be true by the Applicant or person/s authorised by him) of the valid National Judicial Registry certificate, other appropriate registry or other valid document confirming the Applicant’s registration date, legal personality of the grant applicant, together with personal information of the person authorised to represent the Applicant,

3. An original or a copy (confirmed to be true by the Applicant or person/s authorised by him) of documents defining the financial situation of the grant applicant: a) a balance sheets for the last two accountancy periods, b) profit and loss accounts for the last two accountancy periods. In case of Applicants operating for a period shorter than 2 years: a) balance sheets for the whole operation period, b) profit and loss accounts for the whole operating period.

4. Letter of intent from the project partner (original or a copy confirmed to be true by the Applicant or person/s authorised by him) – if applicable,

5. Information from the bank or a credit and savings union, in which the Applicant has an account, that confirms the amount of owned financial resources, or the Applicants credit standing (amounting to no less than the value of financial contribution planned in the Application – 2 to 10% of the eligible costs), issued not later than 3 months prior to submitting the Application – in case if the financial input is provided by the Applicant

If the financial contribution is provided by a project partner or a sponsor one should attach two documents: a) a declaration of the project partner or sponsor on providing financial contribution to the project amounting to no less than the sum presented in the Application and b) information from the bank or a credit and savings union in which the partner or the sponsor has an account, that confirms the amount of owned financial resources, or his credit standing (amounting to no less than the value of own financial contribution indicated in the Application ) issued not earlier than 3 months prior to submitting the Application.

In case of projects co-financed by territorial self-government units, the Applicant is obligated to submit only one document – a declaration of the territorial self-government unit on providing own financial contribution to the project amounting to no less than it was presented and declared in the Grant application. In case if the financial contribution is provided by self-government units subject or monitored by a proper minister, the Applicant is obligated to submit a declaration a declaration of a minister on undertaking activities in order to provide co-financing. All the above mentioned documents have to confirm the required amount of resources not less than the amount of financial contribution indicated and declared in the Grant application.

6. Applicant’s declaration on public aid received (de minimis support) – in the form indicated in Appendix no. 3 of the Procedures Handbook (available here).

The third call for ‘small’ proposals is still open

We would like to remind you of a 3rd call for proposals for the "small" project within  the NGO Fund.  We invite all the non-governmental organizations that meet the criteria set out in the Procedures Handbook for the NGO Fund  and whose average sum of income from operations in the last two financial periods (2011 and 2012) did not exceed 50 000 PLN to participate in the contest. 

Grant amount for single project amounts from 5 000 CHF to 40 000 CHF

The call closes on 29th May, 2013.

Free-of-charge trainings for Applicants

Once again, we invite you for free-of-charge trainings for organizations that wish to apply for funds under the NGO Fund. They will be held in Warsaw and Elblag. Each of the four scheduled meetings will be attended by up to 25 people. To be qualified as participant the order of submitting registration applications is decisive. In order for the most interested persons to take part in the training, there is a limitation of sending only 1 representative from each interested entity. Priority will be given to people and organizations that have not participated in trainings for the Applicants previously organized by the Intermediary.

The registration starts on April 15th and will finish on April, 18th. More information available under the Trainings tab.
